There are many styles of meditation just as there are many purposes for meditation. There are loving kindness meditations, self-love meditations, and even attract your soul mate meditations.
So why not try meditation to attract love into your life?
Your mind is very powerful and meditation is used to quiet your mind. So it is possible to quiet your mind and send subtle subliminal messages to your mind through guided meditations to find or attract love into your life.
However, a better way to describe this type of meditation might be to lower the barriers one may have to let love in. Some people have their guard up when it comes to love and meditation offers a way to open the mind to love. Therefore, meditation might allow someone to attract love into their life by becoming more open to the idea of love.
Knowing what you want in a partner is important before attracting anyone into your life. It is important so that you attract the right person and not just any person into your life.
Meditate to Attract Love into your life
1. Find a quiet space with no distractions.
Turn off your phone, the TV, and your computer. Tell your family you need 20-30 minutes alone.
2. Sit in a comfortable position.
Laying down causes many people to fall asleep. So sitting up is preferable.
3. Take a few deep breaths and begin to quiet your mind.
Let go of any thoughts that may float through your mind. See them, and then actively let them go.
4. Visualize your ideal partner.
You do not know what they need to look like, but characteristics are important to know.
How do you feel with this person? What type of relationship do you have? What do you two do together? Does this person support you, love you unconditionally, spend quality time with you, make you feel loved, etc.?
5. Use a mantra during your meditation
Mantras are great ways to help you attract what you want into your life because you say them over and over. Mantras are a great way to rewire your mind as you begin to access your unconscious state during meditation.
Some mantras might include:
I am worthy and deserving of a satisfying relationship.
I am filled with confidence about attracting love and finding the right person.
I am confident and secure knowing that this person will come at the right time.
6. Let go and let the universe do the work for you.
Believe that the universe has your back and that you will be guided to someone special, or that someone special will be guided to you.
